Harmonix is apparently waiting on a tool from SCEE to make that happen. We were promised all of our content from previous Rock Band titles would be available for free for use in Rock Band 4 on the PS4. SCEA and XBOX users have almost all of their content available, whereas we SCEE users only have the Rock Band 3 and an incomplete Rock Band 1 Export (missing the 9 EU Bonus songs that were exported on the PS3). It’s been almost 11 months since the game was released.
